Bradley K. Martin Interview —January 2017 — Oliver Hockenhull

I ran into Bradley while on vacation and after reading his book and listening to his remarkable voice I asked for a sit down interview. 

A classic old school journalist, a gentle and highly social demeanor with a crystal edged perception — Bradley K. Martin has covered Korea and other parts of Asia as a journalist for four decades. He has worked as correspondent, bureau chief and/or editor for The Baltimore Sun, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Asian Financial Intelligence and Bloomberg News and currently is based in Tokyo as correspondent for Asia Times. He has made seven reporting trips to North Korea, a degree of access to the secretive country that few American journalists can match.
